Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During sales events, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist whenever possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
