REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all included accessories and proof of purchase.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Any used or opened product
• Puffco devices, atomizers, chambers, and accessories that have been used
• Vaporizers, e-rigs, batteries, and electronic devices that have been used
• E-liquids, nicotine products, tobacco products, hemp products, and consumable goods
• Custom, special-order, or personalized products
• Sale, clearance, or final-sale items
• Gift cards

Any item showing signs of use, wear, modification, misuse, or damage may be denied for return.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and provide a replacement, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES

Many products sold by Zazaland Smoke & Vapes are covered directly by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims may need to be processed through the manufacturer. We will gladly assist customers with warranty information when available.

REFUNDS

Approved returns will be issued as store credit unless otherwise required by law.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a verified defective item.

AGE RESTRICTION

Products sold by Zazaland Smoke & Vapes are intended only for adults 21 years of age or older. By placing an order, you certify that you meet all applicable age requirements.
